Hands On Tap is a cloud-based service helping landlords, owners and property managers by handling time-consuming low-value tasks traditionally performed by property managers, for a fraction of the cost. Our clients customize the services they want from us to suit their needs, without geographic limitation. We are based in NYC, with the ability to serve clients anywhere in the USA or Canada.
There are numerous activities that we handle:
Troubleshoot 24×7 maintenance complaints, often eliminating the need for your contractor to visit.
Collect rent by phone or online, deposited directly to your account.
Arrange cleaning/painting/maintenance of vacant units with your contractors, and advertise vacant units online.
Professionally answer leasing calls from prospective tenants, arrange showings as per the landlord or designate’s availability, and make follow-up calls.
Coordinate your leases for electronic signing.
Provide regular activity & financial reports.
Hands On Tap supports Project HOME by donating 5% of proceeds to their worthy cause. The mission of the Project HOME community is to empower adults, children, and families to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, to alleviate the underlying causes of poverty, and to enable all of us to attain our fullest potential as individuals and as members of the broader society.
